That’s our guarantee to you. We don’t use canned sauces, powdered mixes, boxed desserts or frozen dishes like many New Orleans restaurants. We make everything in-house from our cocktail sauce to our decadent white chocolate praline bread pudding and everything in between! Many of our recipes still stay true to Grandma Annie Marullo’s original Creole dishes over 80 years ago.
We get all our fresh Louisiana Gulf seafood from local distributors who know to bring us the biggest jumbo shrimp and oysters available.
